Change Your Foods….

As the Season of Autumn/Winter moves along, the trees losing their leaves as a reminder that it is time for creating our energy in different ways – and to store for the darker days ahead. Changing your diet, your nutrients, is essential to allow our systems to cope and still be motivated and still act.

 The days can actually be busier with the coming of Christmas. You are asking a great deal more of your immune system. Your defence mechanisms are really challenged. Are you forcing yourself to stay awake with caffeine etc..? If so, it’s time to find the time to look sensibly of what nutrients you are taking onboard.

Brain Food!  Fats are great for the brain. But we are talking the right sort of fats.  Essential fats fuel the brain and nerve cells.

Diets need to be rich in oily fish and nuts to provide this essential fat – saturated animal fats often affect mood, lowering you into depression.  Explantion available on request!


A Happy Heart…….have you? and how do we get one?

A happy heart is a healthy heart.

Happiness and joy result from taotal accerptance of living in the present moment.

So, if you are not happy, or not happy enough – do you understand the concept of living in the present moment, or has your Life Situation prevented this type of thinking?

We are born to be happy, content, joyous. Sometimes Life knocks us sideways. Sometimes it sneaks up on us that we are actually, anxious, unhappy, feeling lonely in how we are thinking. Stuck in a rut, but badly wanting to CHANGE.

How do we do that?

To expand then, have fun in living, and grow knowingly as a content individual, enjoying our own thinking……we need always to be aware. If that awareness creates discomfort, it’s time for some new habits, techniques and skills maybe, and new perceptions.  Life Coaching, Life Support, Removing Anxieties – call it what you will, frees you up to develop a happier existence.


A successful Habit = a successful Person

REACTIVE people ar driven by circumstances (as per the petrol scare). They are driven by feelings (fear, anxiety). They are driven by conditions (don’t like who they work with). They are driven by environment (prefer to overuse alcohol/drugs to forget their situations).

PRO-ACTIVE people are able to quell an impluse which may do themselves or another, harm. They are driven by values – thought about, and chosen to guide their behaviour and responses.

This then creates a successful Person. Successful in who they are, which will reflect in all else around them.

If you are stuck in REACTIONS perhaps it’s time to consider learning how to be PRO ACTIVE?

It’s easy to let fear stop you making decisions. Uncertainty. That simply then leaves you stuck where you are.
It’s easy to let this fear stop you from moving on. There may be all sorts of obstacles, hinderences, ifs and buts, maybes, what ifs, and perhaps…..

You can become immersed in procrastination. Never moving. Then actually losing out because you stayed as is.

Life Coaching removes all the doubts, produces new thinking and motivations. Finds answers and solutions. Gives you the opportunity to see your way and support you through the decisions and the actions required.

If you want the world of 2012 shaping into more your style – instigate some removal of that fear. Now!
