Policy & Booking Conditions: Appointments:  For COVID-19 provisions, all consultations at this time are virtual either by phone or videocall (such as Skype).  This ensures all are kept as well as is possible – an absolute priority of LifeHolistics. During warmer times, consults can be taken also outside in a sheltered private garden space if preferred.  Payment is due before the appointment takes place, by bank transfer. Please notify via email or text that a transfer has been successful.  Bookings may be altered, but not cancelled, without payment with less than 48 hours notice. Every effort is made to accommodate the client appointment time requested.  If it becomes apparent there is no rapport between client and Anne, the decision can be made to withdraw from the first appointment up to 15 mins within the time, by either person, with no charge in place and any necessary refund made good.   Confidentiality is an important aspect of your appointment for Anne, so please always ensure you are comfortable to speak freely.  Discounts are given for block bookings, students and Seniors – ask for details. Offers will be available throughout the year – keep a check on the Blog. Gift Vouchers are paid for at the time of purchase and are valid for a period of 6 months.  We reserve the right to change any of the above conditions without prior notice.  We are regulated by the government-backed CNHC and BANT professional bodies and are fully compliant with GPDR privacy regulations.
