Are you included in these Stats?
According to the latest research, half the population of Britain have made the resolution to lose weight and/or eat more healthily, at the top of the year.
By February – guess what – almost a quarter of these have broken and given up on their resolution.
10% feel depressed because they haven’t made it.
11% feel depressed because their clothes have become and stayed too tight after too much festive indulgence and over eating
14% feel depressed and worried about putting more weight on.
This is all very negative of course. The point of change and improvement when comes when the brain is shown how to reverse those stats. If you are one of these people you need to start now to reverse your trend, to gain the reward and benefits of the resolution you made in the first place!
